Do you supply the products and equipment?
Yes, absolutely! We arrive ready to work with all tools necessary for the job. If you have a preference for us to use what you supply, that can be arranged - just let us know!
What kinds of products do you use?
We use natural yet effective products that are tailored for each surface. For some tougher jobs, we may stray from what is considered “natural” to get the job done right. After maintenance level is achieved, we will resume use of low-fume, simple products.
More specifically, we mainly use diluted Sal Suds by Dr. Bronner’s as an all-purpose cleaner, undiluted Sal Suds as a soap to scrub various surfaces and fixtures, and hydrogen peroxide for disinfecting. If you want more specifics, reach out to us to find out our current products as we like to switch it up!
What is your pricing like?
Move-in/out cleans start at $300
Deep/Initial cleans start at $250*
Recurring cleans start at $120
These prices are quite variable depending on wear and tear of home, presence of pet hair, types of surfaces/flooring, your needs, etc. For the best idea of what your pricing will look like, send us some info about your property (sq. footage, # of beds & baths, pets, types of floors) and we will get you an estimate, or have us over for a walkthrough for the most accurate pricing!
*Initial/Deep cleans are (in most cases - exclusions apply) required prior to starting recurring services to get your home up to a maintainable level.
